Return + Exchange Policy

SafeRingz will accept returns if they are shipped back within 30 days of purchase, in unworn condition.

Please include your original packing slip, order number, or full name and email address along with your return for approval. SafeRingz cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Unfortunately at this time SafeRingz cannot issue return labels for international orders.

For all exchanges, please first re-order the correct size/color(s) you desire on our website and then send back the original ring(s) in new un-worn condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please do not ask for exchanges via mail. Re-ordering on the website first will ensure that the ring you want is in stock, and will expedite the entire process.

Once we receive you return, we will issue your refund for the ring. Please note, the shipping is non refundable.

If you have customized your ring with an engraving they cannot be returned.  If you ordered the wrong size and had it engraved, we can do a one time exchange of the ring with a new size in the same color and with the same engraving.  The cost of the original ring can be refunded, but the cost of the engraving cannot be refunded.

Our return labels expire after 20 days. If you print a label for a return and it has not been mailed within 20 days after printing, that label will be canceled and no longer usable.
